7-Day Window: You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original specialized packaging to keep the leather protected during transit.

Full Refund: If the product is returned unused and undamaged, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Return Shipping: The return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Quality Check: Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused and in its original state, your refund will be processed immediately.
